And if you are using a tune from someone else always show a printscreen or a quote in the permission thread or in your profile and also in the parts thread when you buy the parts for the tune

7. Read the news section so you get the new rules, shop rules and all other info

12. Starting Rules On Where You Live

When you start the game on this site you start living with your parents unless you buy an appartment from the Real Estate

13. Starting Car Rules

So after a little research i have came up with a new rule if you buy your first car and if within 3 days you want to change the car just edit the post with "EDIT changed car" and replace the money then buy your actual car

14. Required Reading On Racing And Posting Races

Racing Posting: When you post a race always post what type first then "CO" if call out and the name after or "Vs ?" with the ? changed by how many people you want to race and "R2BJ" when you got all the racers you want.
Pink Slip Racing: If you want to race a Pink Slip race the car you are racing doesn't have to be the Pink Slip car and when you win you can have all the cars being Pink Sliped or just one if thats the only good one or if they offer a Money value instead of a car then you can have just that or all the cars and the money and when you lose you WILL be handing over them keys or you'll be eating your food though a straw

All vehicles start with 0 impound strikes, you have a maximim of 5 strikes then you car is impounded if you reach 5 when you get stopped by the police after a value of bounty on your car you will get a impound strike

15. Required Reading On Racing your car and weight limits

The best recommended specs is stay at/below 300BHP until you pass 200Skill
The best recommended specs is stay at/below 500BHP until you pass 400Skill
The best recommended specs is stay at/below 800BHP until you pass 700Skill
The best recommended specs is stay at/below 1000BHP until you pass 1000Skill
So be warned you don't want to wreck your truck or car if you can't handle it, do you?
And please also make sure you car MUST not weigh under 1,400lb or 700KG if you want to race it or put it in a show Unless the car is under 1,400lb or 700KG to begin with
But remember also that your skill level also depends on your cars Liter, weight, horsepower, BHP per tonne, Torque really much like trying to control a bugatti veryon if it was RWD

When you are posting a race it would be a big help to show the map of the race and a pic of it to show the terrain to allow for different variables, please also post time, traffic, possible police presence and weather so we can judge fairly

These are the race requirements they are stated at "At least"

For Normal Racing

Show:
No requirements needed

Street:
No requirements needed apart from a license plate but remember street racing is illegal

Drift:
6 or more point roll cage.

17. Kit Cars And Buggys.

I made this rule to make sure to everyone that kit cars or buggys or trucks are allowed but you will need to get them approved by an admin to make sure you can't make loads for nothing

To make a kit vehicle simply make a thread in the scrapyard and ask for the parts from there and make sure they are in the border

19. Inactive Rule.

If you haven't visited the website you will automatically be deemed inactive and i will send out an Email stating what will happen you don't come to the website.
Then if you still haven't visited the website for 5-6 Months and i have had no word from you from any source(Email,MSN,etc) after i have sent out the inactive Email then you are fully declared inactive and your cars will be impounded and parts impounded and if you come back after we send the Email saying your cars and parts are impounded you can't get them back and all your money will go to the website fund but you can apply to start again after this happens just PM an admin and let them know you are started again and you can start back with $20,000

20. Shop Inactive Rule.

If you have bee inactive on the website for 6 months or more and i have had no word from you from any source(Email,MSN,etc) after i have sent out the inactive Email then your shop will be put up automatically for sale for $5,000,000 and once its up for sale you can not get it back and you do not get the money the funds go to the website

Failure to follow the rules will result in as follows
1st: Written PM to say what you have done
2nd(or if not fixed 1st): Written PM to say what you have done and a fine
3rd(or if not fixed 1st): Most value car impounded for minimum of 30days(but dosen't count as a month)
4th(or if not fixed 1st): All cars impounded and/or another Written PM to say what you have done
5th(or if not fixed 1st): Banned for 1 day
6th(or if not fixed 1st): Banned for 1 week
7th(or if not fixed 1st): Banned for 1 month
8th(or if not fixed 1st): Banned Forever

And remeber 1 Profile and 1 Profile only unless special conditions permit otherwise

All new cars that you want added MUST be in this border
But any pretuned cars you want to sell at your shop must be in the same border your shop makes and they must all be in that border

If you fail to put or keep the cars in these borders which the car relates to results in a warning then your car will be impounded for a day then a week and so on

Also if you buy a fellow players car that was used for parts and you want to make it up to be a racer it must still stay in the same border you bought it in

Selling cars to fellow players
If you want to sell a car to someone you can't ask for 4x what the car is worth you can only ask for up to 2x and as low as 50% of the vehicles worth

Quitting this website and car gifting
If you are quitting this game and want to give away your cars to a certain member contact me first and i will look into it
Or you can give your cars away as like prizes but only 1 car per game
